| Abstract |
his study explores the perceived benefits of a mindfulness program for university students, focusing on changes in their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. The findings underscore increased self-compassion and self-care and diminished levels of self-judgement. Mindfulness programs could be incorporated into counseling services in higher education to improve students’ well-being.
