In dit tweede themanummer over de trends rondom diversiteit staan wederom vijf artikelen die de rol van diversiteit op het werk van verschillende kanten belichten. Zowel de effecten van selectie op diversiteit, mogelijke problemen die samenvallen met diversiteit als mogelijke oplossingen worden in deze artikelen besproken.
-- This second part of the special issue on trends around diversity consists of five articles, which highlight the role of diversity in the workplace from different angles. These articles discuss the effects of selection practices on diversity, the possible problems that diversity may cause, as well as possible solutions. |
