Abstract his study reveals that, in contrast to expectations, supramolecular encapsulated rhodium catalysts can be used at industrially relevant temperatures (75-80 °C), providing highly active catalysts. The unprecedented regioselectivity for the branched aldehydes can be retained if high carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations are used.
