| Abstract |
Al enige tijd wordt er in Europa gediscussieerd over een fonds waaraan eurolanden geld afdragen dat zij in een recessie kunnen gebruiken om hun economieën te stimuleren. In Nederland wordt er daarbij veelal de nadruk gelegd op de verwachte kosten voor de staatsbegroting. Macro-economisch kan Nederland echter ook van een Europees bufferfonds profiteren.
