Description A multimodal 3D reconstruction of the whole human brain at a 200 micrometer scale created by fusing ultra-high field MRI and light microscopy. This repository includes automated parcellations obtained at 200 um with the MASSP, MGDM, and CRUISE brain parcellation algorithms.
