Abstract
In this first contribution to the Hague Case Law as managing editor of the Netherlands International Law Review, I would like to briefly take the opportunity to thank my predecessor, Anna Meijknecht, for everything she has done for the Netherlands International Law Review and for writing the Hague Case Law over the past 6 years. As usual, this blog covers the most recent case law of the international courts and tribunals seated in The Hague. In this issue, four decisions from international judicial bodies are discussed: two cases from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), one from the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) and one from an UNCITRAL arbitral tribunal administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).
