| Abstract |
Low statistical power undermines the reliability of research findings, in general, but various aspects of the design and conduct of functional magnetic resonance imaging studies (e.g., their relatively small sample size) might exacerbate these problems. Here we outline the main ways in which low power can impact on the robustness of research findings, and describe a range of potential solutions that can be implemented by researchers. |
