| Abstract |
A tiny, peculiar sculptured vitrinelid is described from the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu) off Jakarta. It belongs to the rather obscure genus Callomphala. which was previously only recorded from Australia and is now also known from the Sunda Shelf in Indonesia and Thailand. Callomphala hoeksemai n. sp. is compared to the three other known species.
