Abstract	Een groeiend aantal organisaties beschrijft seksuele opvoeding in haar Pedagogisch Beleidsplan. Hierin staat hoe de organisatie denkt over seksuele ontwikkeling en hoe medewerkers kinderen hierbij kunnen begeleiden. Een handig steuntje in de rug als je met vragen of seksueel spel van kinderen te maken krijgt. Maar hoe werkt het beleid in de praktijk?
