Abstract

Unexpected Lissajous-like loops in two parameter scatterplots of spheres, as obtained by flow cytometry are shown as another face of Lorentz-Mie scattering. A dedicated FlowCytometer was used to measure complete scattering matrix of spheres, with very narrow distribution in size. The two parameter scatterplots can contain unexpected Lissajous-like loops.
