| Abstract |
De Commissie Kortmann richt zich in haar voorontwerp voor een Insolventiewet te veel op het ontwikkelen van een royaal toegankelijke insolventieprocedure en de inperking van de macht van banken. Het informele reorganisatietraject wordt daardoor onnodig gefrustreerd. De commissie denkt zich in het bedrijvenziekenhuis te bevinden, maar waart rond in een mortuarium.
