| Abstract | Single-component CO2 and H2 adsorption isotherms are evaluated on avariety of metal-organic frameworks. Mixed-gas adsorption behavior is modeledusing ideal adsorbed solution theory. The high surface areas obtainable inmetal-organic frameworks lead to remarkable CO2 capacity. Coordinatively unsaturated metal centers embedded in the pores of metal-organicframeworks are associated with strong selectivity for CO2 over H2. |
