| Abstract | In part 1, the consequences of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) during pregnancy for the unborn child are explored. Part II comprises several studies on the screening, diagnosis and follow-up of children with FH. The treatment of children with FH is studied in part III, with the most important results being presented in the ‘AfterTen’-study (chapter 17-20). |
