| Abstract |
The Article provides an overview of the most important developments in EU and Dutch corporate law related to choices to be made and challenges to be faced from a sustainability perspective. It includes an overview of EU and Dutch legislation as well as an overview of case law relevant for addressing the challenges in weighing the various interests and finding adequate legal solutions both in statutory law as wel as in soft law like corporate governance codes. In addition current developments in the digitization of corporate law both in EU as well as in Dutch law are being discussed.
