The chapter provides a detailed article by article commentary of the Digital Trade Title of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA), as well as clarifies the importance of the agreed upon provisions in light of the domestic regimes of the European Union and the United Kingdom and approaches taken by other free trade agreements (FTAs), such as the CPTPP and the USMCA, that regulate digital trade and selected issues of the data-driven economy.
