| Abstract |
Financiële participatie door het Rijk in woningbouwprojecten leidt niet tot optimale welvaart. Subsidies sluiten beter aan bij positieve externe effecten doordat ze effectieve bedrijfseconomische prikkels verschaffen aan investeerders. Participatie brengt naast kansen op winst ook risico’s met zich mee. |
