Data and analysis code associated with the paper titled "Catecholamines reduce choice history biases in perceptual decision making". Notes data: - df.csv contains all behavioral data. - df_p_stim.hdf (alligned to stimulus onset) and df_p_resp.hdf (alligned to report) contain epoched pupil data. - df_physio.csv contains the average pupil size and heart rate per subject, separately per drug condition. - Raw Eyelink files are available on request: j.w.degee@uva.nl.  Notes analysis code: - The Python script "0_preprocess.py" works on raw Eyelink files and creates the data files that are uploaded here (see Notes data).  - The Python scripts "1_behavioral_analyses.py", "2_pupil_analyses.py" and "3_ddm_analyses.py" work on the data files that are uploaded here (see Notes data). - The scripts contains references to all figure panels: e.g., "# NOTE Figure 1C,D"
