| Abstract |
De functie en de reden voor de hoge bezoldiging moeten worden heroverwogen. Hoge beloningen zouden gerechtvaardigd zijn omdat ze topmanagers stimuleren om de aandeelhouderswaarde te optimaliseren. Zo eenvoudig ligt het echter niet. Een sociologisch perspectief in de discussie is wenselijk. Hoe de Nederlandse bestuurselite internationaal een voorbeeld kan zijn.
