| Abstract | In this article the Dutch implementation act for the transposition of Directive 2013/36/EU (Capital Requirements Directive IV) is discussed, addressing particularly the qualitative capital requirements, capital buffers and the relation between the direct binding effect of the Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 5757/2013) and the provisions of CRD IV requiring transposition in Dutch law. |
