| Abstract |
We show by simulations that the main premise underlying Gignac's (2016) rejection of the mutualism model of general intelligence is incorrect. We discuss our results in the context of the debate on g-factor theory and its alternatives, especially with regard to the claim that g-factor theory is much simpler than mutualism theory. |
