| Abstract |
The Article critically appraises the call for personal liability as an instrument to further responsible governance. It is argued that this is not warranted nor effective and that such a principle would put the focus on specific legal actions instead of a fundamental overhaul of the regulatory framework aimed at the broad implementation of the principle of sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainable governance.
