| Description |
Assembled transcripts from a metatranscriptome obtained from the top 2 cm sediment layer from Cock Soda Lake (Kulunda Steppe, Russia) during the summer of 2016. The metatranscriptome was sequenced on a Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform after rRNA removal. Raw reads were quality and length trimming reads and assembled with MEGAHIT. Transcripts have a minimum length of 200b.
