| Abstract |
Comments on J. D. Greenwood's article on the social construction of emotions. Greenwood's exploration of the relation between emotions and the sociocultural environment is commended. However, concern is expressed over Greenwood's (1) failure to adequately reference recent debates concerning social constructionist views of emotion and (2) almost exclusive focus on emotions as representations.
