Abstract
This is a report commissioned by the Royal Netherlands Society of International Law (KNVIR) as part of its Preadviezen on the theme 'Global health law disrupted: Covid-19 and the climate crisis'. This report examines the role of and tensions between international trade and human rights law with regards to Innovation and Access to Medicines, and the opportunities for and practical examples of systemic integration in the present pandemic.
