D3.1 Personas, scenarios and use cases

This document describes the personas, scenarios and use cases on which WP3 focused during the first, second, and third year of the Europeana Cloud project (M1-M6, M13-18, M25-32). This work was undertaken in collaboration with the DM2E project (and more specifically the Wittgenstein archives at the University of Bergen), the Axiom philosophy group at the VU University Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam (in year 1), a research community of musicologists (in year 2) and a research community of social scientists and agricultural researchers (in year 3). Through the personas and scenarios, we have identified a set of core problems to address, and classes of tools and services that can solve these problems for our target communities of researchers who work with Europeana content.
