Abstract
De Autoriteit Consument en Markt (ACM) verbood de overname van Sandd door PostNL na een zorgvuldige economische analyse. Afgelopen donderdag werd het volledige besluit openbaar (ACM, 2019a). Nog geen dag later stond staatssecretaris Mona Keijzer de fusie toch toe (MinEZK, 2019). Precies zoals ze voor de melding al gezegd had te zullen doen (Tweede Kamer, 2018).
