Abstract Ruim tien jaar na het uitbreken van de crisis blijven er in ons financiële stelsel urgente en belangrijke tekortkomingen bestaan. Private schulden zijn onverminderd hoog, en de behartiging van publieke belangen is zeer afhankelijk van een beperkt aantal systeembanken.
