| Abstract | On 15 April 2019 the Council has adopted the new directives on the sale of goods and on digital content and digital services. In this paper, written in Dutch, I will describe the core of both directives and relate them to the current regulation of consumer sales and digital content contracts in Title 7.1 of the Dutch Civil Code. |
