Abstract This thesis describes the outcomes of laparoscopic liver surgery in starting, low-volume centers, as well as experienced, high-volume centers in order to both guide the evidence based implementation of laparoscopic liver surgery, and demonstrate its feasibility and safety in a wide range of procedures.
