| Abstract |
In het jeugdstrafrecht zijn licht verstandelijk gehandicapte jongeren de laatste twee decennia sterk oververtegenwoordigd geraakt. In de hulpverlening daarentegen blijven ze juist ondervertegenwoordigd. Opmerkelijk is dat de urgentie van dit probleem maar mondjesmaat doordringt tot de politiek.
