Abstract The aim of this thesis is to provide insight into the mechanisms underlying the inter- and intra-individual variability in response to desmopressin and VWF containing concentrates in patients with Von Willebrand disease (VWD) and low Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) by application of population PK modelling.
