| Abstract | In september 2017 is de European Model Company Act (EMCA) gepubliceerd: een modelwet van het EU-vennootschapsrecht. De EMCA kan een inspirator zijn voor nationale wetgevers bij herziening van hun nationale vennootschapsrecht en vormt daarmee een nieuw middel in het proces van ‘bottom-up’ harmonisatie van Europees vennootschapsrecht. |
