| Abstract | Export control is a discipline that currently attracts wide attention. At the heart of the law that applies in this subject area, Export Control Law, is domestic law, that in turn is strongly influenced by various subdisciplines of public international law, in particular trade law, arms control law and international humanitarian law. Taking the dutch perspective as starting point, the present article explores this broad framework of Export Control Law. |
