Collectiebeheerders en restauratoren van moderne en hedendaagse kunst hebben vaak te maken met lastige vergankelijke materialen en unieke, complexe vraagstukken. De Stichting Behoud Moderne Kunst richt zich al dertig jaar op de bevordering van kennis over de zorg voor dit jonge erfgoed. Het jubileum van SBMK is een goede aanleiding om terug te kijken op de ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied.
