Abstract The IDEAS IDE3380 mixed-signal SiPM readout ASIC and ADC technology for space in AMS 0.35μm CMOS shows no relevant change below 340 krad(Si) TID, no latch-up below 137 MeV cm2/mg, and no SEU/SETs below 18 MeV cm2/mg.
