EXTRACTING EEG MEASURES files are MATLAB scripts that run reliable components analysis and extract EEG slope measures, and the resulting data output which are then input into the diffusion modelling. These files are ExtractEEGmeasuresForModelling.m, Resplocked_datIn_groupX.mat (2 files), RespLocked_Out_groupX.mat (2 files), and RegResults.csv. More details on the content of these datasets are provided in data file DDMTDpaper_DataUpload.docx. MODELLING FILES are files required for running diffusion modelling on behavioural and EEG data. These files are myJAGSscript_DDM_TD_manuscript_v2.R, myJAGSscript_DDM_TD_cond1.R, hmodel1.txt – hmodel12.txt (12 files) and hmodel_cond1.txt. More details on the content of these datasets are provided in data file DDMTDpaper_DataUpload.docx. MODEL RESULTS are JAGS samples objects resulting from the diffusion modelling. These files consist of hsamplesX_adults.RData (4 datasets), hsamplesX_kids.RData (12 datasets), hsamples_cond1_adults.RData and hsamples_cond1_kids.RData datasets. Software needed to access data: .mat data files can be accessed using the MATLAB software. Files in .R and .RData format, can be accessed using the R software.
