| Abstract | In meerdere EU-lidstaten stellen constitutionele hoven grondwettelijke grenzen aan Europese integratie en de doorwerking van EU-recht in de nationale rechtsorde. Dat kan grote implicaties hebben voor de Unie als geheel en haar toekomstige ontwikkeling. Hoe democratisch is toetsing van Europees recht door nationale rechters? En zou Nederland ook een constitutioneel hof moeten krijgen met die bevoegdheid? |
