| Abstract |
Since about five years administrative judges have adopted the so called New approach in the court proceedings. One of the aims of the New approach is to improve final dispute resolution. This paper is about how Amsterdam administrative judges apply the New approach, their view on this approach and the (positive) effects of the approach.
