The dataset compiles the number of projects addressed to implement the peace agreement between Colombian government and FARC. The dataset sums the number of projects executed in each Colombian municipality (identified with the variable p2_cod) between 2016 and 2019 (wave=0), and 2020 and 2021 (wave=1). The dataset also classifies (pmi_code variables) the projects according to the section of the peace agreement that is being implemented: Infrastructure (1), Education (2), Health (3) Rural housing (4) Agriculture (5) Democratic participation (6) Truth and justice (7) and other projects (8).
