| Abstract |
In the event that assistance does not fall into the above mandatory prohibitions of Article 6, for instance if Russia provides assurances that the military aid is for use by its regular domestic police forces, China would still be required to conduct assessments under the ATT of the risks associated with the exported weapons. |
