Politici als Trump en Orbán combineren kritiek op multiculturalisme met een aanval op de rechtstaat. Sommige commentaren bejubelen de kritiek op multiculturalisme; andere putten zich uit in afkeuring. In beide gevallen raakt verdediging van de rechtstaat op de achtergrond.
