Abstract In this work we present the application of Conditional Restricted Boltzmann Machines in Human Computer Interaction. These provide a well suited framework to model the complex temporal patterns produced from humans in the audio and video modalities. They can be trained in a semisupervised fashion and produce high accuracy, on-line inference results, while dealing with multiple concept groups. We present the results acquired in the task of speaker detection.
