Met 'no net land take in 2050' (NNLT) wil de Europese Unie de uitbreiding van stedelijke functies naar nul hectare terugbrengen omwille van het beschermen van de bodemkwaliteit. Wat betekent NNLT voor Nederland? Kunnen (of willen) we eraan voldoen? En wat betekent dat voor de ruimtelijke ordening?
