Abstract Ambtshalve toetsing van bedingen in algemene voorwaarden vindt voornamelijk, maar niet uitsluitend, plaats in consumentenovereenkomsten. Er zijn echter ook bedingen in handelsovereenkomsten die ambtshalve getoetst kunnen worden.
