| Abstract |
Doelmatig gebruik van de Amsterdamse sociale woningvoorraad staat momenteel hoog op de agenda, omdat het voor veel huishoudens lastig is een bij hun inkomen en huishoudensamenstelling passende woning te vinden. Koppeling van gegevens van 160.000 woningen aan die van de huishoudens laat zien dat 40 procent zeer doelmatig woont in de Amsterdamse sociale huursector.
