Abstract Synergievoordelen binnen industriële clusters zijn een belangrijk uitgangspunt in het Nederlandse klimaatbeleid. Tegelijkertijd zijn deze clusters in de praktijk soms moeilijk waarneembaar. Een netwerkanalyse maakt een clustergericht industriebeleid met focus op verduurzaming mogelijk.
