The canonical stopping network: Revisiting the role of the subcortex in response inhibition data

This repository contains one of the datasets used in the paper 'The canonical stopping network: Revisiting the role of the subcortex in response inhibition'. Due to GDPR restrictions we are unable to upload the unprocessed raw data. We instead here upload anonymized preprocessed subject data in   MNI152NLin2009cAsym space. The deHollander_7T data from the published work 'Comparing functional MRI protocols for small, iron‐rich basal ganglia nuclei such as the subthalamic nucleus at 7 T and 3 T' is included, doi: 10.1002/hbm.23586. Please refer to the respective paper for a full description of the task, acquisition parameters and demographics.
