| Abstract | This Article published at the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the fundamental overhaul of Dutch Private Company Law evaluates its impact and whether this could be a model for amending the law applicable to public companies. The conclusion is that this is not the case and that public companies, the challenges associated therewith and the regulation that is called for, is fundamentally different from what is required in a private company law context. |
