| Abstract | De auteur behandelt het Europees aansprakelijkheidsrecht voor financiële toezichthouders. De auteur past dit eerst toe op de Europese toezichthouders ECB, ESMA, EBA en EIOPA. Hierbij gaat de auteur uitvoerig in op de nieuwe bevoegdheden van deze toezichthouders en rechtsbescherming tegen deze toezichthouders. Daarna besteedt de auteur aandacht aan de nationale toezichthouders, waarbij tevens wordt ingegaan op de recente beperking van de aansprakelijkheid van DNB en AFM. |
