Abstract In her dissertation, Elena Kosolapova assesses the possible forms of redress available to the claimant state suffering from climate change-related injuries.
Following a careful examination of legal challenges likely to be confronted by the claimant state, the conclusion drawn is that the law of state responsibility can provide the legal framework for an interstate claim seeking injunctive relief on the basis of the obligation of cessation.
